Information we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order contents. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

When you contact support or join to our newsletter, we store the email address and message you provide so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, such as pages visited and general location derived from IP address. This is aggregated and not used to identify you individually.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, manage memberships, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and send you marketing messages you have opted into.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store, such as our payment processor, shipping carriers, membership platform, and customer support tools, and only to the extent they need it.

Marketing communications

If you opt into our newsletter or SMS updates, you can unjoin at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about orders you have placed.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working across visits, remember preferences, and measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart and checkout depend on them to function.

Data retention and security

We retain order records for as long as needed to meet tax and accounting obligations. Support conversations are retained so we can reference history on future requests.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, restricted internal access, and vetted third-party processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and act quickly on any issue.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
